Roman Villa of the Munts<p>Located in <strong>Altafulla</strong>, the <strong>Villa of Els Munts</strong> is an exceptional example of a Roman aristocratic residence. Built in the <strong>1st century AD</strong>, it reached its peak in the 2nd century as the home of high official <strong>Caius Valerius Avitus</strong>. The site stands out for its luxurious baths (<em>balnea</em>), mosaics, and wall paintings, as well as an agricultural production area (<em>pars rustica</em>).
